In this workshop, attendees will,
- Learn about the importance of teamwork and accountability in the workplace.
- Gain an understanding about stress, and personal awareness of employees' reactions to stress.
- Learn to develop five habits to relieve stress: communication, environment, mindfulness, acceptance and self-care.

Public Health Educator
Jessica Harrington, received her Master in Public Health at West Chester University. She is the owner of Journey to Yourself, is a speaker, and stress management coach. Through her career and education, she realized that we all have a common issue—everyone, at some point or another, struggles with handling stress. Through her own life journey, Jessica created Journey To Yourself.
Harrington offers services to firms - including GBCA member Gilbane Building Company - regularly throughout the year to help their office staff and project teams.
