From there, we will break the meeting in to separate Zoom Virtual Rooms, according to your topic of interest. The CLC asks that you join in a brainstorming discussion based on one of the following topics. You may email your topic choice to lhanan@gbca.com.
Hard Hat Tours: Expand on ideas of how to do this. Offer ideas for jobsites. Can we do this virtually? And any volunteers to lead a hard hat tour on theirs site?
Networking & Access: How can we provide better networking and access opportunities. Any ideas for virtual opportunities?
Community Service: We typically work with food banks, medical research and family/ children’s services. Any ideas on expanding our current efforts?
Leadership Development & Training: We are always looking for topics for leadership training. With a tight budget, we sometimes need to get creative. Do you know any thought leaders or development professionals that can assist with a program?
CLC Enrollment & Retention: We need to cultivate our group. How can we continue to get more people involved with the CLC – and continue to inform our current group on all the great benefits? We need volunteers to assist with our newsletter, blog writing, and general outreach efforts.
