Co-Founder Tara Marcus has been working with organizations throughout the Greater Philadelphia area for close to 25 years.
Tara’s specialty is coaching leaders to perform at world-class levels. Many of her clients are featured in Fortune’s top 100 list and routinely receive Best Places to Work awards.
Tara spent the formative part of her professional career bringing GE's ideas to life. During that time, Tara earned GE's prestigious Presidential and Summit Club awards in recognition of her contributions. A natural coach, Tara spent several years teaching Business Communications for the Rutgers School of Business MBA program and leading the iconic Dale Carnegie® course. When not working, you can find Tara at a yoga class or checking out the latest restaurants in the area.
