CLC Hard Hat Tour & Happy Hour: W/Element Hotel & SPIN

Join GBCA’s Construction Leadership Council for a hard hat tour of Tutor Perini Building Corp's W/Element Hotel, followed by a networking happy hour at SPIN Philadelphia. 

The W/Element Hotel consists of a 51-story, 769,704 gsf, 755-room dual-branded hotel constructed on a tight site in the heart of downtown Philadelphia. The project includes a 460-room, three-star Element Hotel with a 6,400 sf sky lobby, as well as a 295-room, four-star W Hotel with a 2,900 sf spa, a 3,500 sf outdoor pool and deck, a 1,600 sf pool bar and a 3,000 sf garden area. The project also includes 1,700 sf of street-level retail and three levels of below-grade structured parking, for a total of 179 spaces. 

**All attendees are expected to have proper PPE, including: Safety glasses, vests, and hard hats. Please wear sturdy shoes, close-toed with thick bottoms or steel-toed boots. GBCA will provide glasses, vests, and hats to those who do not have them.**
