CLC Hard Hat Tour & Happy Hour: Anova @ uCity Square

Please join the GBCA's Construction Leadership Council for the first hard hat tour since 2019! Clemens Construction Company will lead our group on a tour of Anova @ uCity Square. 

Anova @ uCity Square located at 3700 Lancaster Avenue consists of 461 residences and 157 parking spaces well equipped to provide an innovative housing lifestyle, retail, and amenities to all of the innovation hub workforce: nurses, resident doctors, lab and medical technicians, scientist, professors, graduate students, and entrepreneurs in at uCity Square in University City, PA. The community will also provide a ride-sharing hub location, SEPTA trolley stop out front, bike-sharing hub, and personal bike storage. 

The tour will be followed by a 2-hour happy hour at New Deck Tavern (3408 Sansom St). Attendees will enjoy snacks, an open bar, and networking. There is a parking lot at 225 N. 38th Street that is close to the jobsite and the happy hour.
