Dave Kaminski, Vice President and General Manager, Turner Construction Company - Philadelphia
David Kaminski leads Turner Construction Company’s Philadelphia office, overseeing operations, strategy, and client engagement across the region. With 17 years at Turner, Dave has built a well-rounded career spanning field engineering, MEP systems, preconstruction, and business development. He was named General Manager in 2020 and promoted to Vice President in 2022.
Dave is a hands-on leader known for his collaborative approach, technical expertise, and commitment to delivering exceptional results. He is also a strong advocate for small businesses in construction and actively partners with them to help drive industry progress.
A graduate of the University of Delaware with a degree in Civil Engineering, Dave is involved with organizations including GBCA, Everybody Builds, PAGE, CHOP’s Chairman’s Circle, and the Carpenter’s Company. He frequently speaks at industry events on leadership, inclusion, and innovation in the built environment.
