This is a 3-part series that will take place on 3/23, 3/30, and 4/6 at 12 - 2:30pm each day. Lunch will be served.
Preparing a project schedule should be more than meeting a contract obligation.
This course will cover the basics of preparing a CPM schedule and how to use this tool to create project success and profit. The program will guide the student through the stages of schedule development as well as using software to create record document for the project. Where to include logic path ties and how to mitigate schedule overruns.
