Snyder, Partner, Dilworth Paxson LLP, and Sheri Timpanelli, Assistant Vice President of Clinical Services, Worknet Occupational Medicine . With an opportunity for Q&A, Jennifer and Sheri will share insights on vaccination policies and protocols, proof of vaccination, employee exemptions or refusals, incentivizing vaccines, and additional tips surrounding the rollout of COVID-19 vaccines. Jennifer Platzkere Snyder represents employers in all aspects of labor and employment law, with clients ranging from entrepreneurial start-ups to the Fortune 500, as well as municipal governments and not-for-profit organizations.

One of the youngest Fellows ever elected to the prestigious College of Labor and Employment Lawyers, Jennifer recently concluded a two-year term as Employer Co-Chair of the American Bar Association’s Committee on Practice and Procedure under the National Labor Relations Act – one of only two women to hold that position in over 40 years.

Jennifer’s practice touches on all manner of workplace disputes arising under Federal, state and local laws.

12 years of Occupational Medicine experience in NJ and PA as a Provider and in Leadership

Serving as the COVID-19 Clinical Contact for staff and clients during the pandemic. Responsibilities include:

  • Development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPS) for patient and staff safety during COVID-19 for 18 clinics.
  • SOP development for quarantining and return to work recommendations by the CDC.
  • Serving as an ongoing resource for clients and staff for COVID-19 questions regarding safety, testing, return to work, site shut-down, quarantine, vaccination, etc.
  • Developed SOPs and vetted testing products for mass on-site COVID-19 testing.
  • Developed SOPs for Vaccination planning and administration to clients through WORKNET’s 18 clinics.
