TBS Services, Inc. is a specialized architectural consultation firm. Founded in 1996, the primary focus of the practice is the design and evaluation of building envelope systems for both new and existing buildings. TBS Services, Inc. provides our clients, owners, architects, and construction managers, design and constructability counsel for new buildings from the conceptual phase through construction. In addition, TBS Services provides our clients involved with existing facilities, the resources necessary to identify and resolve building envelope deficiencies for all building types from the assessment phase through documentation and construction completion.
Specifically, it provides specialized, architecturally-based, consulting services that focus on exterior building enclosure systems. The firm concentrates on the integration of the building's exterior components; waterproofing, masonry, flashing, moisture protection, window systems and related exterior finishes.
