Lechner & Stauffer was founded in 1967, by Donald C. Lechner and Hank Stauffer in Pennsburg PA. Two generations later, Lechner remains a family owned organization with the same five core values: Spirituality, Faith, Honesty, Integrity, and Education. As independent brokers, Lechner & Stauffer are not bound by the appetite or volatility of a captive insurance carrier.
