Marty McCarthy is a Managing Director in the Tax practice at CBIZ and serves as the Mid-Atlantic Construction Practice Leader, as well as the firm’s Regional Tax Services Leader, based in West Conshohocken, PA. He is also a member of CBIZ’s National Construction Services Group Executive Committee. With more than three decades of experience advising construction companies, Marty is known for his collaborative, solution-focused approach, deep industry knowledge, and technical tax expertise. He is a trusted advisor to contractors seeking to operate more efficiently, manage risk, and optimize long-term growth.
