Description

Build My Future, hosted by GBCA, is a two-day event showcasing educational opportunities and various occupations within the construction industry. Students will engage in hands-on activities related to different trades and hear from a seasoned industry professional.  

We welcome contractors, specialty contractors, suppliers, unions, trade schools, colleges, and more to get involved—whether by sponsoring the event, providing an engaging activity or demonstration, or simply showing your support for the next generation of builders.

Your future workforce is out there—this is your chance to spark their interest and show them what a future in construction can truly look like.

Confirmed Exhibitors:

This event is for middle and high school students only, and there is no cost for students to attend.

If you choose to be a Platinum or Gold Sponsor, please inform Marybeth Gerdelmann at mgerdelmann@gbca.com of the activity or demonstration you plan to provide for students. We also ask that all exhibitors attend both days of the event—October 8th and 9th. If you are unable to attend both days, please let us know in advance.

Time

This is a two-day event, held from 9:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. each day. High School students are invited to attend on Wednesday, October 8, and Middle School students are invited on Thursday, October 9.
