The CLC has created a new way for emerging professionals to network AND gain access to construction industry pros. The Coffee Chat platform is a brief Zoom meeting (30 minutes to 1 hour). Attendees have the opportunity to learn from and ask questions of a seasoned professional in the construction industry, as well as meet their peers. Angelo Perryman

Angelo Perryman is the second-generation President and CEO of Perryman Construction, a Philadelphia-based construction management firm founded in 1954. Angelo also serves as Chairman of the Board of GBCA.

With more than 35 years of experience in the construction industry, Angelo has worked as a superintendent, project manager, and construction manager with two Top 15 international construction firms. Throughout his career, he has successfully completed commercial and industrial projects across Alabama, Georgia, Idaho, Michigan, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Alaska.

Mr. Perryman has received numerous awards and citations throughout the company’s entrepreneurial development. Recent recognitions include:

2018 Eastern Pennsylvania U.S. Small Business Administration – Small Business Person of the Year: Awarded to a business leader who has overcome challenges related to access to capital and bonding while successfully growing a small business into a medium-sized business.

2018 PHL Diversity Award: Presented to a thriving minority-owned business enhancing Philadelphia’s hospitality and tourism community. Perryman Construction has completed landmark projects including the Pennsylvania Convention Center, Love Park, the 2016 Democratic National Convention, and Philadelphia International Airport.

2017 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award: Winner for the Greater Philadelphia region.

In 2010, Angelo was inducted into the Philadelphia 100 Hall of Fame, recognizing Perryman Construction as one of the fastest-growing privately held companies by the University of Pennsylvania Wharton Small Business Development Center, the Entrepreneurs’ Forum of Greater Philadelphia, and the Philadelphia Business Journal.
